Rick Stanley, Jennifer Thornton and Eva Dossier successfully defend against class certification motion in Louisiana state court.

On November 15, 2017, in the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans, the trial court entered a judgment denying the plaintiffs’ motion for class certification in a case involving the restoration of power after Hurricane Isaac. Richard C. Stanley, Jennifer L. Thornton, and Eva J. Dossier represented the defendant.
