BIOGRAPHY

Mr. D’Avello practices administrative law and civil litigation in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate level. He regularly practices in state agency licensure investigations and administrative proceedings, represents clients in complex civil suits, antitrust, and constitutional law claims, and advises on regulatory compliance and legal ethics matters.

Mr. D’Avello joined the firm following terms as a law clerk for the Honorable Tu M. Pham, Magistrate Judge for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee, and staff attorney at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

While in law school, Mr. D’Avello was elected Senior Articles Editor of the Tulane Law Review, earned the Mitchell Franklin Award, and served as an intern for the Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s Division of Market Oversight, and the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division, both in Washington, D.C.
