Rick Stanley and Kathryn Munson Co-Present Ethics CLE

On November 6, 2020, Rick Stanley and Kathryn Munson co-presented a continuing legal education course on “Challenging Ethics Issues Associated with Complex Litigation” with Chuck Plattsmier of the Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board and Richard Arsenault of Neblett, Beard & Arsenault for Part I of the LSBA’s 20th Annual Complex Litigation Symposium. The CLE addressed ethical issues with complex litigation, specifically involving artificial intelligence, aggregate settlements, and social media.
