BIOGRAPHY

Mr. Cuti received his Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Tulane University in 2021 and graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2024.

While attending LSU Law, Mr. Cuti served as Articles Editor for Volume 84 of the Louisiana Law Review. He also externed for U.S. District Judge John W. deGravelles and Louisiana Solicitor General Ben Aguiñaga and served as an Academic Tutor for Prof. Alain Levasseur’s Obligations class and Prof. Randy Trahan’s Civil Law Property class.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Cuti clerked for U.S. Magistrate Judge K. Nicole Mitchell of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
