Biography
Mr. Bell graduated from Tulane University Law School in 2025 and received his Bachelor of Arts in Government from Cornell University in 2015.
While in law school, Mr. Bell was an extern to the Honorable Susie Morgan of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, a managing editor of the Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law, the President of the Tulane Student Veterans of American chapter, the Co-President of the Tulane Law School Veteran’s Society, a research assistant to Professor Ata Hindi, and a law clerk with the Tulane University Legal Assistance Program.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Bell served nearly seven years as a ground intelligence officer in the United States Marine Corps, rising to the rank of Captain. While in the Marine Corps, Mr. Bell led an intelligence section, commanded scout snipers, and, while at the Pentagon, performed various service-level tasks.
While at Cornell University, Mr. Bell was a member of the university’s NCAA Division I Track and Field Team, a member of the Sphinx Head Senior Honor Society, and a member of the Alpha Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated.
